The WI-4 House is finally finished (after 4 months of work) and it looks amazing…
If you don’t recall, this is the house with a tiny kitchen and small dining room that we opened up into one large kitchen situated between the living room and the family room. Here are a few pictures of what the main living spaces looked like before the renovation:

In all, we spent about $70,000 on this rehab, which included blowing out the kitchen, adding a second bathroom to create a master suite, moving the existing bathroom across the house to create a better floorplan, finishing the basement, replacing all the mechanicals and roof and then a full cosmetic rehab…
