Bruce Willis is hoping for a big payout. The veteran action-flick actor has listed another one of his real estate holdings, this time the Beverly Hills home he picked up in 2004. The nearly 1-acre property is listed for a whopping $22 million; Willis paid $9 million for it nine years ago – that’s a 144 percent price increase…
